- All purchases are final. Except as required by applicable law or the policies of the applicable platform, purchases of Virtual Currency and in-game items are non-refundable.
- Virtual Currency and in-game items are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own Virtual Currency or in-game items; you have a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within the Service.
- Virtual Currency and in-game items have no cash value. They may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money or real-world goods or services.
- Senior Games Club reserves the right to manage, adjust, modify, or eliminate Virtual Currency and in-game items at any time, for any reason, without liability to you.
- If your account is terminated for any reason, you will lose access to any Virtual Currency or in-game items associated with it, with no right to compensation or refund.
Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

User-Generated Content
If the Service allows you to submit, post, or share content (such as usernames, profile images, messages, or game-related content), you grant Senior Games Club a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Service. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements between us regarding the Service.
