How Do I Remove Ads?
Most of our games offer an inexpensive purchase that removes banner ads. Look for a Remove Ads option in the game’s menu or store screen. In several of our keno games, any purchase at all removes banner ads for good.
How Do I Restore My Purchases?
Purchases are tied to your App Store or Google Play account, not your device. If you reinstall a game or move to a new phone, open the game’s store or settings screen and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same account you bought with. If something still seems missing, email us and we will help.
Is This Real Money Gambling?
No. Our casino style games are entertainment only. The coins and credits are virtual, have no cash value, and can never be exchanged for real money or prizes. Winning in our games does not predict success at real gambling, and we never ask you to wager anything real.
I Ran Out of Coins or Credits
Every game hands out free credits over time. Daily login bonuses, hourly rewards, and free refills keep you playing without spending anything. If your balance hits zero, check back a little later or look for the daily bonus button on the game’s main screen.
A Game Will Not Load or Keeps Crashing
First close the game fully and reopen it. If that does not help, check your app store for an update, and restart your phone. A reinstall usually clears anything stubborn, and your purchases can always be restored afterward. Still stuck? Email us with the name of the game and the kind of phone or tablet you use.
How Do I Manage or Cancel a Subscription?
Subscriptions, like Kidline Premium, are managed by Apple or Google rather than by us. On an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions. Canceling there stops any future charges.
